The Most High is in control of all things. For example, when Moshe is instructed to the speak to Paro, Moshe is told that he will refuse his requests. Paro thought he was acting on his own accord, but his behavior and responses were provoked by the Most High. We give even more examples in this podcast how nothing is by coincidence and the Most-High is in control of everything.
